Meet Ashley, our Lead Manager at 3D Property Solutions. Ashley is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. With a deep love for real estate and a talent for marketing, Ashley is able to create and execute highly effective strategies that drive results for our clients.
Dave is a former US Army paratrooper and has been investing since 2009, when he bought his first house. Dave became a licensed agent in 2019 and has since been helping investors, buyers, and sellers find what they are looking for. His hobbies are weightlifting, cooking, and spending time with family.
Marissa is 3D’s administrative assistant, providing support to the team by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining files in cloud storage platforms like Google Drive to ensure easy accessibility, performing data entry, providing general CRM support, cold calling, and creating marketing emails and flyers. Marissa is also a hobby breeder of Huskies and German Shepherds. She prioritizes the well-being of her dogs and welfare of puppies they produce by giving them proper nutrition, veterinary care, appropriate living condition and lastly carefully screening of potential puppy buyers, to be sure that puppies are placed in suitable loving homes.
Don has been the “man behind the curtain” for 3D Property Solutions since it’s inception in 2018. While not pouring over finances, spreadsheets, marketing numbers, or tools and systems, he’s spending time with his wife, Stacey and their four very active kids. He spends his time coaching football, softball, helping with the Scout Troop, traveling with the family, and attending a variety of other activities with his kids.
